Basic provisions regarding the processing and protection of your data (Privacy Statement)

HRISTO SMIRNENSKI, bl. 36, entrance A, fl. 2, apartment 6 is a company that, through the VM ZONA platform, is the controller of personal data, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
"GULIANO TRADE" Ltd. invests all the necessary resources and implements the strictest measures to protect the security and integrity of all personal data collected from our customers. We follow the principles of legal, conscientious and transparent processing of personal data for our customers.
Therefore, we collect and process the provided data only with a view to specific, explicitly stated and legitimate purposes and do not further process in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
We have implemented systems and processes to ensure that the data we collect and store is kept to a minimum and is linked to and limited to only what is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. We strive for your personal data to always be accurate and up-to-date, and we also rely on you, if you find an inaccuracy in your data, to remove it in a timely manner.
We assure you that we have implemented systems to ensure that we do not store your data for a period longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
Also, we draw your attention to the possibility at any time and without the need to give reasons, to withdraw your consent to process your data and to delete them if you wish, unless there are other legitimate grounds for keeping them. As it is a priority for us that processing is carried out in a way that guarantees an appropriate level of security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, we have implemented security and restricted access mechanisms.
"GULIANO TRADE" OOD IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF PERSONAL DATA AND COMPLIES WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION (GENERAL REGULATION REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA - REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, ETC.).
PERSONAL DATA AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person. Personal data includes your name, social security number, email address, phone number, postal address, etc.
Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or a set of personal data by automatic or other means of collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution or other way in which the data is made available, arranged or combined, restricted, deleted or destroyed.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED BY "JULIANO TRADE" LTD. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING.
We collect your data on a voluntary basis when you provide it to us, in view of your stated desire to enter into a contract for the services we provide. After the conclusion of the Contract, your data will be processed in your capacity as a party to this contract and in connection with the performance of our obligations under it. Providing this data allows us to identify the relevant person as a party to the contract and as the holder of the rights/obligations under it. The three names, the unique civil number and the address of the person are part of the minimum content of each contract. In the event that a person refuses to provide them, "JULIANO TRADE" OOD will not be able to conclude a contract. In order to be able to fulfill the concluded contracts, it is necessary to process the personal data of the persons with whom we have concluded them. Otherwise, it will be impossible for us to fulfill our contractual commitments.
- We process personal data when it is necessary to exercise our rights under concluded contracts, as well as when it is necessary to settle legal disputes.
- We process personal data when, according to the applicable legislation, we are obliged to provide information to competent authorities.
- We process personal data in order to fulfill obligations arising from accounting and tax legislation - in the Republic of Bulgaria it requires that certain accounting and commercial information be compiled, including that this information be stored for a certain period, as well as any other relevant information and documents for taxation. In fulfillment of this obligation, the relevant information and documents containing personal data are stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant laws.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
"GULIANO TRADE" Ltd. does not share, sell, rent, trade or transfer personal information collected from its customers.
By way of exception and in the presence of a legal basis, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties in the following way:
- May be transferred as an asset in connection with a business merger or sale or as part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization or other changes in corporate governance.
Service providers are not permitted to retain for their own use or use the data outside of our instructions, to retain it for longer than necessary to perform the specified service.

In connection with the above, regarding the sharing of your information, we inform you that your data will not be transferred and/or processed outside the EU.
Your personal data may be provided to government authorities only when provided by law and under the conditions specified therein.
PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING BY "JULIANO TRADE" OOD
We will retain your personal data for as long a period of time as is necessary to fulfill the purposes and prove their fulfillment or in accordance with your instructions and desire to withdraw your consent to process your data and have them deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED
1. Right to information
You have the right at any time to request information:
- whether your personal data is stored;
- the purposes for which they are processed;
- what categories of personal data are processed;
- the recipients to whom the personal data is disclosed;
- the expected period for which they will be stored;
- is there automated decision-making and data profiling.
2. Right of Withdrawal
If you have given consent to the use of your data, you can withdraw it at any time with effect in the future, without having to give reasons.
3. Right to rectification
If you find that your data stored by us is inaccurate, you can contact us to correct it.
4. Right to data deletion
You have the right to request that we delete your data without undue delay. We will delete them within a reasonable time, as soon as we are sure that there are no other grounds that require their processing/storage.
After the deletion of your personal data, it is no longer possible to provide information about them from our side.
5. Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases - for example, when you dispute the accuracy of the data, when checking the grounds for their storage, etc., you have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data. During the restriction, we can only store the personal data, and other processing activities are only possible with your consent.
6. Right to data portability
Upon your request, we will transmit or transfer the data to you or another controller in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format. A direct transfer of the data takes place only if this is technically feasible.
7. Right to object
You can at any time and without stating reasons object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, as well as in cases where your data is processed on the basis of the performance of a task of public interest or the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests.
8. Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling.
At the present time, "JULIANO TRADE" Ltd. does not carry out automated data processing. Including profiling.
9. Right of appeal
You have the right to file a complaint against the processing of your personal data before the competent supervisory authority - the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data or the Court, if you consider that your rights to the protection of personal data have been violated.
